Who are the Community Rooms for?

The Community rooms are for the use of the local community and parents who are undertaking courses or activities that we put on.

 

The Community rooms will be used by local groups e.g Surestart who put on classes and activities for local families with extended use for local groups to use for meetings, conferences and public meetings.

 

What is the purpose of the Community Rooms?

The Purpose of the Community rooms is to allow a venue for us to put on courses or activities for the local community.

We plan to provide a venue to other groups who may not have a venue within Colin or Twinbrook to deliver their courses/activities.

We can wait to have a venue where people can come together with a shared interest to gain new experiences, skills, and qualifications.

 

Where will the Community Rooms be in the building, describe it?

There will be 3 State of the art, community rooms in the first floor of the building, they will be accessible by everyone.

When will the Community Rooms be open to the public and what times?

Depending on the timetable of activities offered by the Ionad an Fuiseoige there will be activities morning, afternoon and evenings with some activities on Saturday morning also.

There will be a computer suite with up to 12 computers and a Super Fast Broadband service with FREE WIFI, a modern kitchen with facilities for cookery classes, classrooms with ergonomic desks and chairs.
